  • Do you send samples?

    Certainly, we can send you plain sample of any item.

    Our sample services is free all we ask is that you return the item back to us. 

    Failure to return the item back to us will result in you being charged for this item.

  • When can I expect my delivery?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 - 7 working days after the order has been received. 

    All orders are dispatched via DHL or DPD on next wrokign day delivery.

  • Does Price include Garment?

    Absolutley, all our pricing includes the cost of the garment and your print or embroidery cost - you get use one price. 

  • Do you print or embroider?

    We offer both, some garments we can only print on, such as hi-vis clothing and if you want an extra large logo, we will print due to the cost. 

    where we can we prefer to embroider the logo. 

  • Do I pay the setup fee every order?

    No, the set up fee is a one off charge to set your logo up as you desire - we only charge a set up fee the first time we use the logo.
